- Biofeedback Assisted Inner-Balance Training: Inner-Balance training helps you use biofeedback to neutralize stress at it's source. You'll learn two of the most powerful and effective mind/body skills for restoring internal balance: diaphragmatic breathing and heart/breath synchronization. These tools can be learned easily and efficiently using biofeedback, and many people who try to learn these strategies without the use of biofeedback wind up inadventantly strengthening unhealthy breathing patterns. This can be frustrating and sometimes even dangerous.
